Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Condition of Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition (no damage, stains, or alterations).
  • Returned in their original packaging (e.g., dust bags, tags intact).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and fairness to our artisans, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Earrings (for health/safety reasons).
  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry).
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email payments@naturnis.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item (if defective/wrong).
  • Reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization

  • If approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  • Do not ship returns without an RMA—they may be refused.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • You cover return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • Use a tracked service (we’re not liable for lost returns).
  • Include the RMA number inside the package.

Refund Process

Approval & Timing

  1. Inspection: We’ll check returned items within 5 business days of receipt.
  2. Approval: If accepted, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (varies by bank/card provider).

Partial Refunds

A reduced refund may apply if:

  • Items show signs of wear or damage.
  • Original packaging is missing.

Exchanges

  • We gladly exchange items for a different size/color (if stock allows).
  • Email us at payments@naturnis.com to arrange this.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  2. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
